We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Creative Services (CLIENT SERVICING) that will work with our internal teams to design meaningful content for the clients. The creative work he orchestrates will be a mix of print or digital editorial, video, social and branded content & Internal / Marketing Campaigns. Every product created will have at its core purpose to communicate a message and advance a strategic business objective.
The Assistant manager, Creative Services, will take responsibility for being the bridge between the client and the internal teams to execute projects within a timeline. The role will require them to have aesthetic knowledge and ensure quality check is done.
o Creative skills and instincts with understanding of various media and key markets of importance
o Present creative concepts and ideas to clients; turn ideas into impactful work for teams and clients
o Create long sustaining relations with brand managers from various organizations.
o Work closely with internal team members as a team player to ensure that the creative needs are met
o Lead creative work from concept to completion.
o Tightly manage quality assurance from staff and external vendors.
o Leading brainstorming sessions with creative teams
o Stay Creatively Fresh: actively seek and share digital inspiration (creative, technology, general digital trends) with their teams, art department, and agency.
o Keep a check on billing / payments / invoices and POs and work closely with the finance teams of various brands
