We are looking to hire Business Heads who have a strong experience of 8-10 years plus of working in a reputed Advertising/Event/MICE Agency.
Primary responsibility will be to develop a team and achieve business targets assigned.
Take complete ownership of the management of Profit & Loss (P&L) for the group and ensure existing client relations are on track, do sales prospecting, build a sales funnel, setting and meeting pre-defined growth milestones, besides managing the operations. Contribute to aggressive revenue generation through actively pursuing Business Development and meeting individual and team sales target.
Must have a minimum of 8-10 years of Servicing/Sales/ Business Development having good Client Servicing, Sales & Operations management experience.
Hiring and building a result oriented team and further training, motivating and grooming them will be will be an important part of his overall responsibility.
Will have to review and be involved in preparation of proposals / pitches / get additional business from the existing clients and work towards successful closure of the business leads.
The profile involves creating multiple channels of business opportunities, overseeing multiple projects, building and managing project teams, work with the team in formulating effective strategies for the clients, review of deliverables, etc. to ensure successful project delivery.
Excellent excel and powerpoint knowledge and should be able to write and make effective presentations.
Should be handson working on pitches and proposals.
