Job Description
  • Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
  • Handling Queries efficiently on mails, phones,as well as in meetings.
  • Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
  • Attending to clients' complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
  • Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the product satisfaction.
  • Generating client reports.
  • Client service executives must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well
  • In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
  • Should be proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience from same industry would be an advantage.
Other/Special Requirements
  • Event Management industry with good communication skills will be preferred.
  • Graduate / Post Graduate/ Mass Communication / Certification in Event Management
  • 6 to 10 yrs.
