Job Description

•    Client Services Manager essentially establishes and cultivates relationships with a company’s clients.
•    Client Service Manager Goal is to meet client needs so customers are satisfied, resulting in profits for the company.
•    Client Service Manager additionally develops sales proposals and collaborates with a company’s multiple internal departments to help improve the quality of service.
•     Client Service Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate data base about current as well as potential clients.
•    Client Service Manager is responsible for advising the higher management about the client needs.
•    Client Service Manager is responsible for taking enquiry details from client accurately.
•    Client Service Manager is responsible for preparing and providing weekly scheduled of planned activities.
•    Client service Manager is responsible for attending meeting clients or interacting with them via telephone or written communication.
•    Client Service Manager is responsible for employing sales skills in order to achieve the sales target
•    Client Service Manager is responsible for identifying as well developing sources in order to get more clients.

Other/Special Requirements

•    Client Service Manager must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
•    Client Service Manager additionally must have solid verbal and written communication skills.
•    Client Service Manager should be able to manage time, projects and sales efficiently and be detail oriented.
•     Client Service Manager also must be strategic planners and have a strong understanding of a company’s products so they can train clients and answer questions in both group and one-on-one situations.
•    Client Service Manager must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well. In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
