Job Description

"Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for driving revenue growth across portfolio of brands
2. Fluent in digital marketing methodologies of SEM, Website, SEO, Content, Programmatic, Paid and Organic Social
3. Able to develop ideas that successfully translate a client's brand and business requirements into digital marketing success stories, awards and case studies.
4. Monitor content across competitor brands on popular social platforms
5. Craft 360 digital media strategy, design digital experiences across social, mobile, display, programmatic media
6. Measure Analytics for paid and organic campaigns and improve these parameters by giving recommendations
7. Calculate ROI, track performance of posts, content and platforms to derive insights and help in building future strategy for digital marketing initiatives.
8. Identify trends and insights using tools like ComScore, Similar Web, Facebook Insights, Google Trends to name a few and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
9. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
10. Build and mentor team members.
11. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
12. Persuasive presentation skills, able to manage difficult clients and sway meetings in your favour.
13. Adept at handling senior clientele and forging strong relationships.
14. High levels of EQ - emotional quotient.
Skills
1. Seasoned digital marketing practitioner who operates with a high level of autonomy and can manage the end to end planning, strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
2. A hybrid with some exposure to offline/Mainline planning and creative ideation but with a heavier focus on Digital.
3. Responsible for business growth primarily through organic expansion but will also be responsible for new business acquisitions. They need to be motivated, assertive, persuasive with a “can do” optimistic attitude!
4. A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Effective team management capabilities
7. A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints"

Qualifications:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience:
  • 6 to 10 yrs.
