JOB DESCRIPTIONS *Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients. *Handling Queries efficiently on mails, phones, as well as in meetings. *Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. * Hands-on experience on BTL Activities. *Attending to clients' complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them. *Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the product satisfaction. *Hands on experience on presentations, negotiation with the client on Costing and closing the deal. *Generating client reports. *Client service executives must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well *In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask. *Should be proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.
