Creative Designer – Digital (Senior Visualiser) will be a creative and passionate professional who has spent at least 6-10 years learning the art of consumer interaction and communication. We are looking for somebody who challenges conventions, thinks outside the box, and is not afraid to take risks and push the boundaries of creative on online and offline.
The person will be responsible for all creative for People Interactive and will have a role to play in Marketing Communications, Digital Advertising, Retail Design, Social Media, Website Looks, Television and PR & HR initiatives
Creative Designer – Digital (Senior Visualiser) will be responsible for but not limited to:
1.Identifying the themes, concepts and execution for each campaign
2.Understanding creative trends in the online market and new tools, and institutionalizing them internally.
3.Delivering world-class response rates on marketing collateral delivered
4.Measuring the effectiveness of individual creative and optimizing for response
5.Come up with new creative ideas for retail, social media and promotions
6.Monitor and drive excellence in execution from team
7.Maintain brand consistency across all media
8.Setting and managing creative delivery schedules in collaboration with marketing managers
1.Leading the team; moulding them to think from consumer & business point of view & still not compromise on the creative delivery
2.Creative knowledge for Digital Marketing Campaigns.
3.Education: Masters/diploma in design (should not be from online design institute)
4.Responsibility: Independent responsibility for managing brand and creative team
5.Art and design skills: Extremely strong
6.Demonstrated track record of breakthrough creative ideas and execution
7.No ad agency attitude, should be flexible.
8.Should be able to articulate her/his point of view. (Speak-up for his ideas & designs)
9.Fair knowledge of Handling TV medium and shoots.
10.Internet experience (very good to have)
11.Consumer Service Retail (e.g. Travel) experience
12.Well-networked with ability to identify right-sized solutions to creative problems
13.Experience in dynamic & fluid work environments
