• Ability to think marketing strategy and plan for 360 movie marketing which includes marketing, innovative ideas for clutter breaking campaign, media planning and buying, coordinating with buyers for rates and plans and negotiate on plans shared by them, getting brands to partner with the film for in-film and co-branded association, coordinating with internal and external stake holders for various touch points in marketing etc.
• Need people who have an ability to think out-of-the-box and create value by influencing views of marketers. This person should preferably have a positive orientation towards the fast emerging marketing world.
• Be able to think strategically and tactically
• Have a thorough knowledge of film marketplaces
• Be adaptable and able to respond to changing demands and events.
• Be creative, strong concept thinking/ ideation.
• Have good organizing and planning skills • Be a good communicator and networker - excellent verbal and written communication skills • Open to travel in India
