2. Delivering deliverables through your team on time and of required quality. All the deliverables should be having high quality of thought and creativity, through group discussions, research, etc.
3. Managing and generating additional revenue from existing clients. Adding SBUs.
4. Motivating and pushing your team to generate additional revenue of their clients
5. Working closely with BD Team, Making and presenting the pitch presentation.
6. Sending Proposals, negotiations and closing of business deals.
