Job Description

New Business Development

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals on the client’s needs

Client Retention
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Create new business opportunities with existing clientlele

 

Other/Special Requirements

1. Experience in the Business Development and Marketing, including lead generation

2. Exceptional ability to speak and write clearly and effectively in English & Hindi.

3. Effective presentation skills

4. High Energy, go getter and a pro-active personality. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently

5. Strong strategic planning and execution skills in sales, marketing and business strategy

6. Capacity to assume more effective executive responsibilities over a period of time

7. Should have adequate exposure to communication business and conceptual selling.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing or any other relevant courses
Experience:
  • 3 to 5 yrs.
