Job Description
  • Should be able to coordinate, communicate and build relations with channels/publications/magazines etc., independently.
  • Should have the capability to devise and suggest integrated 360 degree media campaigns
  • Should be able to identify the target audience for a particular media campaign.
  • Should be able to develop media plans & strategies and execute media releases for various clients.
  • Should have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Should have ability to work under pressure.
  • Should have good numerical and data management skills for creating media plans and releases.
Other/Special Requirements
  • Keeping up to date with Ad industry research figures, including distribution figures (newspapers and magazines) and audience figures (TV and radio)
  • Monitor competitor activities & devise clients strategies to add maximum value to their media budget.
  • Monitoring buying strategies, ongoing campaigns and optimizing the same.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and monitoring receivables.
  • Negotiating with media sales companies to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces/slots in online, broadcast and print advertising
  • Working on a range of client accounts at the same time, often juggling various projects and deadlines.
  • Preference for long lasting stable working relationship. No Frequent job switchers please!
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • 3 to 5 yrs.
