Job Description

The Performance Media team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Lead generation, affiliate Marketing tactics as well as coming up with upper funnel branding initiatives among others. The Media Strategist, will be responsible for the planning, execution, measurement and optimization of brand and performance media campaigns of medium to high complexity for the entire business Key Responsibilities
• Develop performance and integrated media plans for various verticals of the business
• Drive strong financial performance of budgetsby reporting back on Sales and customer lifetime value
• Drive constant data-driven optimization of campaigns and incorporate learnings to improve performance
• Partner with the operations team to develop annual plans and budget forecasting, and proactively manage media budget to variance thresholds
• Ensure campaign tracking/tagging is implemented to capture all necessary data points
• Partner with content specialists to develop high performing creative assets and messaging, and optimize digital experience through A/B and MVT
• Work closely with Account Management and Creative teams to meld Media within those functions by translating client briefs and creatives into effective media amplification
• Benchmark campaign results against historical as well as competitive results and always stay ahead of industry and competitive trends
Functional Skills
• Experience with planning within limited budgets and leveraging formats across multi channel campaigns effectively
• Extensive experience managing performance campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook, Google Ads & Search Ads 360 among newer formats
• Digital Analytics Tool experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends and Data Visualization & Reporting such as Tableau, DOMO
• Advanced Excel skills, including understanding of formulas, functions and analyzing results
• Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment
• Ability to execute at a tactical level as well
• Ability to nurture and retain client relationships & understand how performance can feed into wider business goals
• Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a small team
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other agency capabilities to meet common goalswith senior level stakeholders both internally and externally
• B2B experience is a plus
• Advanced communication skills including proficiency in developing and delivering presentations
