Job Description

We are looking for a Content and Social Media Marketing Manager who can enhance brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns. Responsibilities • Candidate will be responsible for Creating content and handling our own social media accounts and clients’ social media accounts • Candidate must work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification • Should be able to write content with localize content • Should be well versed with Platforms like facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Tumblr, Medium • Should be aware of the latest trends on all social media platforms • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Other/Special Requirements

• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability • Fluency in English

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Digital Marketing Certification

  • 2 to 4 yrs.
