Job Description

• Supporting and championing the creative development process, including briefing and enthusing creative teams, and preparing feedback in response to consumer research findings.
• Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting their accounts, and developments in the wider advertising and communications industry
• Knowledge of external research (quantitative and qualitative)
• Creative partnering in campaign ideation & extentions
• Annual brand planning exercises (familiarity and demonstrated capabilities to execute a plan)
• Would be responsible for managing multiple planning exercises
• Have to be conversant with making case studies

Other/Special Requirements

• Any Graduate with excellent communication, presentation and client management skills
• Strong and persuasive communicators, able to simplify research and strategic thinking
• Should have experience in managing a small team of junior planning resources
• Should have proficiency in Brand planning & master brand architecture models
• Should be comfortable with taking planning workshops with clients
• Knowledgeable about client’s business and market, and where and how advertising contributes to success
• Effective analytical and organisational abilities
• Keeping up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes

Qualifications:
  • Any Graduate with excellent communication, presentation and client management skills
Experience:
  • 3 to 8 yrs.
