A client servicing job profile which includes managing complete operation, planning content calendar, publishing social media content on respective social media platforms, writing creative briefs and also be POC for assigned clients, liaison with internal team,

• Understanding Clients' business and driving Digital operations and campaigns across all digital marketing verticals including mainly Social Media and also SEO, SEM, websites & apps, etc.
• Managing complete operations and client servicing for assigned accounts.
• Research and stay updated on current and emerging online trends & best practices specific to digital media and provide recommendations to clients.
• Have good knowledge of digital media measurements and be able to analyse key trends on the digital initiatives undertaken.
• Create monthly reports for digital projects.
• Plan and prepare monthly, quarterly & annual campaign reports and assist in designing roadmaps for the brand with designated senior.
• Communicate briefs effectively to internal creative.
• Manage daily assigned projects/campaigns and ensure highest quality of execution within
• Be one point of contact for clients – manage ongoing work and new assignments on a day-today basis. Also Liaison with clients at a variety of levels and across functions
• Have fair understanding of publishing on social media platforms.

• Should have passion for digital marketing & have sharp understanding of digital trends to evaluate the impact of ideas shared by team.
• Conduct internal audits, analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather data and determine efficacy and areas for campaign improvement.
• A Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another relevant field
• Graduate/Post Graduate with at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Digital/Social/
• Excellent Communication Skills - Written/Oral/Presentation.
• Quick learner and motivation to learn new methods & skills is a must
