• Understand client’s brief and convert it to creative briefs
• Manage and set timelines for the team and for the briefs
• Closely work with creative team and ensure that the ideas / concepts are in line with the briefs
• Constantly learn and update on marketing techniques and advertising mediums
• Handle all end to end operations on the brand
• Oversee a team of Client Servicing Executive’s and ensure they are working as per set KPI’s and timelines
• Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols
• Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
• Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
• Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
• Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
• Min 4 years of experience in a mid-size or large agency
• Should have worked on retail or electronic brands
• Should have handled a team of min 2 Client Servicing Executives
• Must be well-versed with print and digital media
• A Bachelor’s Degree holder with exceptional academic records
