Primary role involves day to day servicing of client and its need. Responsible for developing a complete understanding of all Communication & digital needs of clients and servicing them. In order to meet the same CS/BD are required share the briefs
internally with the respective teams to ensure qualitative execution with their understanding. In addition CS/BD should be able to build further relation with the clientsto get new or repeat business.
1. To ensure higher brand affinity for client with all Communication & digital activities planned
2. To increase ROI for the brand in terms of traffic, leads and transactions
a) Managerial Responsibilities:
Evaluate client’s product and brief the following teams to produce the desired results
1. Relaying brief to creative team, delivering the same to the client and relaying changes back to
the team in case required
2. Coordinating with the technical team in case any development work is required to be done
3. Managing the social media, SEO and content marketing team to ensure marketing campaigns
are being executed on a daily basis as planned.
b) Operational Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining relationship with client and developing strategies for the same.
2. Analyze markets and do industry research to help clients meet their business goals
3. Understand competition and their marketing activities
4. Understanding brief, brainstorming with the client and developing marketing campaigns in
accordance to the brief
5. Sharing the brief and ideas with internal team for execution. Overseeing the execution to ensure a
6. Working closely with the internal team in order to maintain tight execution of the project brief
and identify any potential issues or opportunities related to the project
7. Reviewing all key deliverables like briefs, specifications and its documentation, creative and
marketing activities; before sharing the same with client for feedback
8. Sharing the executed work with the client for their feedback and relaying changes to the internal
9. Sharing the final delivery with the client and managing his expectations of work and time.
10. Sharing activities report on a regular basis with the client
11. Supervising the account finances to generate POs, invoices and collect monies from the client
12. Reporting to Senior, providing a regular input on all account activity including status and call
