·Understanding and communicating client’s marketing/creative briefs to the creative team
·Research clients’ products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
·A good eye for details, ability to prioritize the work and meet deadlines
·Dynamic, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude to work
·Mapping Client organization and team structure, ensuring smooth execution
·Conducting monthly/ quarterly account reviews.
·Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history.
