- Should have at least 2-5 years of agency experience with Excellent verbal & written communication skill - Advertising background is a must - Should be able to crack original insights - Should be a pro in proofreading, should have impeccable grammatical knowledge - Should be able to lead the creative team and also sell ideas to the client
- Should have experience of working with brands. - Should be a team player. - Copy should be crisp and fresh.
