Basil is looking for a digital strategist, performance oriented and whose willing to undertake the below roles :
i. Create personas for client’s brands and for Basil
ii. For each persona identify where they reside online using a combination of search volumes, website analytics, social media analytics, content research tools, google ads words, social media ad tools, competitor analysis and secondary research
iii. Work with the client to identify which channels are likely to work for them and define what type of content they should create
iv. Leverage influencers, content partnerships and other vehicles to get the right message in front of the right audience
v. Create ROI driven media plans including paid partnerships to achieve client goals
vi. Should be able to advice how much media spends the client should invest in order to get the desired results
vii. Will work with servicing, copy and design teams to arrive at monthly, quarterly and yearly plans for the client
viii. Will present media performance to the client and will iterate to constantly optimize performance
ix. Will work with internal SEO, marketing ops and tech teams to drive analytics and constant performance improvements
x. Write one content piece per month related to digital strategy
xi. Mentor junior Digital Strategist and provide a learning path for them
Other/Special Requirements
Should be numbers oriented and comfortable with various metrics related to website traffic, ad performance and social media performance
Tools – Proficient in Google analytics, Facebook ads manager and AdWords. Should know or should be open to learning tools such as SEMRush, AdEspresso, Third party analytics software.
Should be aware of ad platforms other than Adwords and Facebook such as Taboola, Outbrain, Bing and so on
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant filed
Experience:
5 to 7 yrs.
