Hi, We are hiring "Group Accounts Head - Advertising and Digital " for our advertising agency. 

Key Responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the team of Account Managers and Executives into Client Servicing Department.

2. Delivering deliverables through your team on time and of required quality. All the deliverables should be having high quality of thought and creativity, through group discussions, research, etc.

3. Managing and generating additional revenue from existing clients. Adding SBUs.

4. Motivating and pushing your team to generate additional revenue from their clients.

5. Working on Making and presenting the pitch presentation.

6. Sending Proposals, negotiations and closing of business deals

7.Work in a way that our existing clients are retained successfully.

8. Take ownership of client’s brand and plan for marketing interventions

9.Strategizing and developing marketing plans and its execution through different mediums

10.Initiating market study, competition analysis, market visits – resulting into pro-active campaigns

11.Ideating & executing innovative concepts to increase the brand salience of client’s brand

12.Manage day-to-day operations and achieving set targets for revenue generation

13.Business development – Within existing clients as well as new prospects. 

14. Manage partner agencies, suppliers and vendors

15. Brand planning and implementation of marketing strategies ?

Must be from an advertising agency background. Salary - 5L pa to 8.5L pa
