Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the team of Account Managers and Executives.
2. Craft an Effective Marketing Strategy for the clients.
3. Delivering deliverables through your team on time and of required quality. All the deliverables should be having high quality of thought and creativity, through group discussions, research, etc.
4. Managing and generating additional revenue from existing clients. Adding SBUs.
5.Motivating and pushing your team to generate additional revenue from their clients.
6. Working on Making and presenting the pitch presentation.
7. Sending Proposals, negotiations and closing of business deals
Marketing, Communication and Advertising
• Planning & execution of marketing strategy, communication plans & advertising campaigns
• Developing yearly calendar and evolve that into 360-degree integrated marketing activities
• Liaison with internal stakeholders (management, peers and reporting teams) and external stakeholders (3rd party vendors / agencies / suppliers) Team Management
• Supervising and monitoring various agencies, vendors
• Manage attrition levels in the team while delivering on business objectives
• Conducting review meetings with various teams
