Job Description

The Head of Account Management has the primary role of leading the account management department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals and monitoring
performance as a whole.The Head of Account Management defines and communicates the business’s KPIs and  targets to junior account management personnel on a regular basis.

Job Description:


We are looking for a Senior-level Account Head to shape our account management team and scale revenue to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a creative strategy and building out a team of Account Management executive’s across the company.
The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities for our in-house platform- “Prodigibiz”.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’ssales goals
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting.
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out,onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
  • Through his various research and analyses, the Head of Account Management identifies areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishingactionable insights for the improving of sales and business profits.
  • Work collaboratively across teams.
  • Establish the inbound & outbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Other/Special Requirements
  • The Head of Account Management must possess exceptional communication skill that are especially important in enabling effective communication between his interactions with internal teams and external partners.
  • The performance of junior sales personnel will also be highly dependent on the clarity of communication of information and instructions from the Head of Account Management, making these skills a must have for the position.
  • A candidate for this position needs to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision. 
  • He will be self-motivated, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be adaptable to business growth fluctuations, work comfortably and effortlessly in group settings, be a persuasive and charismatic individual, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines.
  • The Head of Account Management will also demonstrate calmness under stressful situations and in uncertainty, inspiring the same in his team.
  • Deep understanding of the business’s marketplace models as well as the opportunities and limitations that come along with it.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills"
Qualifications:
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience:
  • 7 to 10 yrs.
